Weekly Workout #5 – Leg Burner!

The team at MaxNRG PT understand sometimes you would like to do your own workout at home, park or at your local gym. So we are now happy to provide our new ‘Weekly Workout’.

Each Wednesday we will be posting new workouts, exercise ideas and variations and some challenges that you can set for yourself.

Leg Burner!

Prepare to not walk to walk tomorrow with this weeks new workout the Leg Burner! All exercise are leg based using minimal equipment and different techniques your legs will feel huge once completed.

Equipment needed: Step or bench, Fitball, Dumbbells
Duration: 30 seconds each exercise with step ups in between each exercise

1. Body weight Squats

Try This!

If you can still feel you legs after all of that, try a hold squat for as long as you can and try beat that time each time you repeat the above routine.
