I am always participating in different types of fitness and chasing new challenges. What I learn from these fitness experiences, I incorporate into my sessions; to ensure there is always variety for my clients.
I have worked with people conducting one on one sessions which contain boxing pad work, free weights, and cardiovascular conditioning exercises. I have also trained both small and large groups for boot camp sessions as well as young teenagers who want to improve their fitness levels for martial arts black belt assessments.
My main clientele that I have trained extensively with, is females who want a female personal trainer and are looking to lose weight and improve their overall fitness and well-being. Not only do we concentrate on the fitness aspect of their training, but I also help with simple eating advice and philosophies that ensures health and fat loss is achieved.
