Personal Training does not mean you have to train alone! Our MaxNRG Personal Trainers also provide the best in couple, small and large group training in and around Melbourne. Train with friends, family, work colleagues or feel free to come and make new friends at one of our bigger group sessions.
Train alongside up to 4 other people in the comfort of your own home or local park. Prior to commencing the training program, a MaxNRG Trainer will conduct a free consultation with each member to establish what each individual is looking for.
Even within a group setting the programs will be tailored to all members needs and wants so that everyone receives equal benefit with maximum results!
Working within a small group is a fantastic way to improve your physical fitness and wellbeing.
