MaxNRG Personal Training strives to achieve maximum results with their clients and ensures that YOU will reach YOUR short and long term goals.
Our one-on-one fitness training is perfect for those who wish to train alone and receive their trainer’s absolute focus and attention (as opposed to our group training). Before you begin your new exercise regime, a free initial consultation is set-up between you and your personal trainer to identify YOUR goals and establish a program that will enable YOU to reach the results we are after.
Benefit of 1 on 1 personal training
Our initial introductory session includes a free no obligations, certified Fitness and Health Assessment by a qualified Exercise Professional. During this opening session you and your MaxNRG Personal Trainer will develop a personalised exercise program based on YOUR individual needs and goals to ensure YOU get the results WE want.
While training with your MaxNRG Personal Trainer, you will receive expert advice and guidance that generate the healthy lifestyle that YOU have always wanted and deserve. To ensure that you're progressing towards your goals, your MaxNRG Personal Trainer will continue to conduct fitness assessments every 8-12 weeks so both you and your trainer can track your progress. Your MaxNRG fitness instructor will also provide constructive, honest and effective feedback to continue to challenge you and reaffirm the fantastic results that YOU will achieve.
Each of our MaxNRG Mobile Personal Trainers are dedicated to conducting fun, informative and challenging exercise sessions in accordance with your current fitness capacity and the forms of physical fitness you enjoy to maintain maximal motivation.
